Each year NALC and its county associations arrange numerous conferences and events from county training days to national conferences.
These events provide delegates with the opportunity to put their questions to key local government players and debate the issues with are relevant to the first tier of local governments.
As well as providing extensive networking opportunities delegates also have the chance to take part in workshops which enhance their knowledge and enable them to serve their communities more effectively.
Information on NALC organised events is displayed here, along with copies of speeches and presentation from recent events.
In addition NALC is active in promoting and raising the profile of the first tier of local government and the policies of NALC through attendance and involvement in a range of other conferences and events at national, regional and local level.
