How the course works

The course is residential, run over four days, there will be some pre-course work to complete but this will be kept to a minimum and sent to you along with your full joining instructions. We strongly recommend you complete the pre-course work in order that you gain the most from the event.

Each day will be broken up into different styles of delivery, these will include:

• Ice breakers and energisers
• Role play
• Group work
• Plenary
• Round table questions for debate
• Case study analysis
• Presentations (speakers and delegates)
