'Local Area Agreements and Local Councils’ will be the topic in Durham. Delegates can learn how their councils are able to gain influence on their Local Area Agreements. 'Asset Transfer and Local Councils' is the theme in Cheltenham. Attendees can find out about the opportunities for asset transfer available to their own councils.
