Phase II of Innovations Fund Launched

The Department for Constitutional Affairs has launched Phase II of its Innovation Fund aimed at supporting projects that develop innovative ways of using existing tools to improve democratic engagement.

The project primarily, but not specifically, targets Non Government Organisations (NGO), charities, community groups. Is your local council planning to undertake an innovative activity aimed at improving democratic engagement? If so perhaps you might wish to make an application to the fund.

The downloadable documents include an application form that outlines the objectives and funding requirements of the project and a case studies document from the first phase of the project.

For those interested in submitting an expression of interest, please complete and submit the application via email Democratic.Engagement@DCA.GSI.GOV.UK no later than 15th of June 2007. Note that applications received after this date will not be accepted.
