LCR

LCR is the official publication of the National Association of Local Councils. It is an essential quarterly guide for all clerks and councillors and all those involved in the first tier. With town and parish councils now at the fore of government thinking on neighbourhood governance, LCR continues to provide an important and valuable insight into this expanding sector.
