The National Association of Local Councils (NALC) has joined the Better Planning Coalition.
Last week, NALC attended its first Better Planning Coalition meeting. At the meeting, issues like developing the coalition's response to the National Policy Planning Framework (NPPF) consultation and engagement with the Levelling Up and Regeneration Bill were discussed.
The Better Planning Coalition represents 33 organisations across the environment, housing, planning, heritage and transport sectors with one common goal: a planning system fit for climate, nature and people.
