Local council website survey

Each year at the NALC conference and exhibition, the presentation is made for the prestigious Website of the Year award, sponsored by the Co-operative Bank. The standard of entries in recent years has improved dramatically, however there are still a large number of councils who do not have a website, or whose website does not meet the needs of their community.

To assist in improving the standard of local council websites, and therefore be able to provide a much better service to the community and the council members / staff alike, you are invited to complete a short survey which should take only a few minutes.

The results of this survey will be used to improve the quality, affordability and manageability of local council websites offered by emango. .
