SUMMARY

NALC is looking for two talented, passionate individuals to join us and support our recently established member services team, and policy and communications team.

You'll get to work with a variety of our staff, at national, county and local level, while supporting a number of projects that will not only support our new strategic direction and help build strong communities but also enhance your skills, capabilities and career.

The member services role will get involved in supporting a wide range of improvement and development programmes and membership initiatives, providing direct assistance to our first-ever and newly-appointed head of member services.

In the policy and communications role, you will support our campaigns, stakeholder engagement, public affairs, publications and events.

Both roles are fixed-term for 12 months and based at our office in Great Russell Street, London.
