Management Board

Our Management Board oversees the overall management, strategic and operational functions. The board recommends a three-year rolling budget to deliver the strategic objectives, sets membership fee levels, remuneration and conditions of service for our staff, ensures our corporate governance framework reflects good practices and sound running, and specifies and monitors the level and quality of services.

This year’s meetings are on 13 January 2026, 23 February 2026 (Away Day), 2 June 2026, 18 August 2026, and 17 November 2026.
