We need people from all backgrounds and experiences who reflect the communities they serve to put themselves forward for election. County executive officer, Cornwall Association of Local Councils
Lee Dunkley currently serves as the county executive officer for the Cornwall Association of Local Councils, the membership body representing around 200 parish and town councils across Cornwall. As the primary executive leader of the county association, Lee oversees strategic operations, council support, policy guidance, training programmes, and organisational representation within the local government landscape. He holds the Certificate in Local Council Administration (CiLCA) qualification. He has previously served as a parish clerk to several councils, demonstrating deep operational experience in parish and town council governance.

Mayor, Oswestry Town Council
Cllr Rosie Radford is the mayor of Oswestry for the 2025/26 civic year, having first been elected as a councillor for the Cambrian Ward in 2018, and serves also as chair of the Markets and Town Centre Committee, where she has led efforts to revitalise the town centre and support local businesses. She has lived in Oswestry for over three decades after moving from North Wales, and has a strong track record of public service, including 18 years working in the NHS, more recently in outdoor education, and active volunteer work with local food-sharing initiatives and support for vulnerable residents. Her mayoral priorities include empowering the community, strengthening ties across Shropshire towns, raising funds for volunteer groups and survivors of domestic abuse, and promoting sustainability in transport and accessibility.

Deputy leader, Hampshire County Council
Cllr Jan Warwick is deputy leader and executive member for Hampshire 2050 at Hampshire County Council, representing the Winchester Downlands division. In this role, she leads the county’s strategic financial planning tied to long-term objectives under the Hampshire 2050 vision. She also serves on the council’s cabinet and takes part in full council sessions, bringing influence on policy, budgets and partnerships.
