We are the recognised membership organisation for parish and town councils across North, South, and West Yorkshire, providing expert advice, training, and representation. Our mission is simple yet powerful: to ensure every council has the tools, knowledge, and confidence to serve their community effectively.
We are seeking a chief officer to be the driving force behind YLCA’s work—leading our team, guiding our members, and representing their interests at regional and national levels.
