NALC lobbies government for parish exemption on business rate payment

The National Association of Local Councils (NALC) recently responded to the Department for Communities and Local Government (DCLG) Business Rate Appeals consultation and again argued to government for a complete parish exemption on payment of business rates on all public buildings and assets they own or manage.
