Haverhill Town Council to host Suffolk Day

The annual event, first held in 2017, is based on a successful model in Yorkshire and will take place on 21 June 2024. Suffolk Day will see various events and activities across the county, from guided walks and treasure hunts to live broadcasts and competitions.

Mayor David Smith said, "This year's celebrations centre around culture and creativity, which Haverhill has in abundance. The town is a place of great diversity, culture, greenery and history, all things that make Suffolk a county to be proud of."

Suffolk Day is a county-wide party that recognises its great icons, attractions, landscapes, institutions, special events, and more. The annual festivities continue on the longest day of the year.
