NALC celebrates BHIB partnership with Outreach Partner status and open letter to local councils
To celebrate the National Association of Local Councils (NALC) strong relationship with BHIB Insurance Brokers, NALC chairman, Cllr Sue Baxter has written an open letter to local councils.
BHIB Insurance Brokers has shown a great commitment to the sector, and are enthusiastic to be working with NALC, county associations and local councils to develop a risk management and insurance offering that is tailored to the needs of local councils.
NALC is also pleased to announce that this partnership has become an Outreach Partner for the Aviva Community Fund. This is a major step, resulted from working with BHIB Insurance Brokers and Aviva, which will benefit members and their communities.
NALC also welcomes BHIB Insurance Brokers' Risk Management Support for Local Councils guidance, which has been designed to provide local councils with helpful risk management advice. You wil find information on common risks that local councils are facing today, from managing contractors and maintenance programmes, through to tree management and playground equipment, our guide aims to help you identify and prevent any accidents and claims from arising.
