NALC welcomes the availability of DECC (Department of Energy and Climate Change) Big Energy Saving Network (BESN) grant funding programme for parish and town councils
The application process is now open for a £1m programme to support local (parish and town) councils deliver advice and guidance to vulnerable energy consumers.
Eligible third sector organisations, parish and town councils, and community groups from across Great Britain are encouraged to apply and DECC welcomes applications from previous members of the Network.
