NALC updates support materials for the Sustainable Communities Act

The National Association of Local Councils (NALC) has recently updated its materials for local (parish and town) councils making proposals under the Sustainable Communities Act.

The updated webpage explains the purpose and background of the Act and how local councils wanting to make direct proposals to the government can make that happen.

The updated toolkit explains the outcomes of past local council proposals made under the Act. It features guidance for local councils wishing to make future submissions. To access the toolkit, log in to the member's area and visit the development tools section.
